You may access and read the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may share individual articles via the standard share tools provided on the Site or by linking to them. You may not scrape, republish, mirror, or systematically copy the Site’s content for redistribution without our written permission. 2. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including articles, images, video, audio, logos, and the “AI Magazine Canada” and “AIMag” marks — is owned by or licensed to AIMag and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. Quotations for journalism, criticism, or research are permitted under fair dealing with clear attribution and a link to the original article.
3. User submissions
Any tip, pitch, letter to the editor, comment, or other submission you send to us may be edited for clarity and length and published at our discretion. By submitting, you represent that the content is your own (or that you have the right to submit it) and you grant AIMag a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish and archive it. If you don’t want your submission published, tell us at the time of submission.
4. Advertising and third-party content
The Site displays advertising, including through Google AdSense. Advertisers do not control editorial content. Links from ads or third-party content on the Site go to external sites that we do not control; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
5. AI-generated content
Portions of the Site’s content — notably our opinion columns — are written under AI-generated personas operated by our editorial team. All such content is reviewed by a human editor before publication and is labelled in accordance with our Editorial Policy. We do not represent AI-generated personas as real people.
